Laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, game consoles, monitors, networking equipment and accessories. Every device is confirmed after assessment, and some items may be referred elsewhere if they aren't a fit for our program.

Often, yes. Non-working laptops can still be candidates for refurbishment or parts recovery. Tell us the condition honestly on the donation form and we'll assess it from there.

No. This is a donation program, not a buyback service. We do not currently offer payment for devices.

Selectively. Compact, higher-value devices in working or repairable condition often qualify for a prepaid UPS shipping label at no cost to you. Bulkier or lower-value items usually aren't currently eligible for mail-in shipping. See how it works.

It's assessed, then follows our priority order: reuse, refurbish, donate, recover parts, or recycle — in that order, using whichever outcome is genuinely appropriate for that device.

Yes. Visit our business page to request an assessment for collection, asset inventory, data sanitization and reporting at scale.

Not currently. We are a for-profit business, not a registered charity, so we are not able to issue charitable tax receipts at this time.

We recover useful components where possible, then route remaining materials through appropriate recycling channels.

For businesses with larger volumes, yes — free collection can be arranged through our business recovery service. For individual donors, we don't offer pickup or local drop-off; eligible devices are shipped to us using a prepaid UPS label.

Televisions are handled on a case-by-case basis due to their size. Submit details through the donation form and we'll let you know the best option.

Batteries that are part of a device (like a laptop or phone) are handled as part of that device. Loose batteries are outside our current program — check with your municipality for battery-specific recycling options.

This varies by device and current volume. We'll give you a status update by email after your device is received.

Not yet. We don't currently operate a public refurbished-equipment store. Contact us if you'd like to be notified when that becomes available.

We're based in Ontario, Canada. We don't operate a public storefront or accept walk-in or personal drop-off — eligible devices are shipped to us using a prepaid UPS label. See our contact page.
