Orbitico is based in Toronto and accepts laptops, computers and other electronics from donors across Ontario — every eligible device is assessed for reuse and refurbishment before anything else. Check your device's eligibility below, then pack, measure and ship it in a few simple steps.
Compact devices
Laptops, phones, tablets and networking gear in working or repairable condition often qualify for a free UPS label.
Bulky items
Monitors and large desktops usually aren't a fit for mail-in shipping. Businesses can use our business recovery service.
Every result is a preliminary estimate. Final acceptance is confirmed after Orbitico reviews each device.

Often, yes. Non-working laptops can still be candidates for refurbishment or parts recovery. Tell us the condition honestly in the form above and we'll assess it from there.
It's assessed against our reuse-first order: reuse, refurbishment, redistribution or resale where appropriate, and responsible recycling only when reuse isn't reasonably possible.
Every device goes through a documented data-sanitization process before it's reused, resold or recycled. Details are on our Data Security page.
Once a device is approved, we arrange UPS shipping and cover the cost for you. You'll receive packing instructions and a shipping label by email.
